Bent Motherboard- Yea or Nay?

Hey guys! So I got my hands on an EMC 2560 iPad 2, and when I received it, the whole device was bent. I took out the motherboard and it was bent as well (although to a lesser extent). I took off the heat shields and all the chips look okay, they're all relatively square so they're not bent- is the logic board good to go? I don't have a 2560 back housing to test it in; but if I were to get one, would the iPad work fine?

I suppose it is. :/ I think I will try and get a back housing, however- it looks intact.
