You wont be able to retrieve any info unless you can get it to turn on , Try taking the phone apart and cleaning with isopropyl alcohol then get another battery and see if it will fire up if it does get whatever you can off the phone cause it may not work long

If you can take out most of the parts including the board soak them in isopropyl alcohol its not good to soak or get it on the lcd
