iMac EMC 2389 logic board part number wanted
I need a new logic board but I don't know the part number.
EMC 2389 last 3 of serial is DAS

The 3.06 GHz logic board is Apple part #661-5534.
UPDATE
If you want to upgrade, it will also take the
661-5538 3.2 GHZ
661-5596 3.6 GHz
But you''ll also need to get it with the correct processor and maybe video card.
Why do you think you need a new logic board?

Is 661-5534 the only board that could be in my imac? I don't want to order the wrong part. Thank You!
These are the systems within the series: iMac11,2. The P/N Mayer gave you is for the for model within this series you gave us the S/N for.
The previous owner said they took it to the Apple store thinking it was a power supply but were told it needed a logic board.
Sounds like a pimply faced "Apple Genius", that didn't take the time to look at the diagnostics lights and gave you a price for the high priced part.
