Thank you for your assistance, however the Target Mode would not work. Is there an mSATA USB adapter you would recomend for MacBook+Pro+13-Inch+Retina+Display+Late+2013+SSD or is the mSATA a universal adapter?

First there is no hard drive, it's a mSATA: Remplacement du SSD d'un Macbook Pro 13" Retina de fin 2013

You can boot it in Target Mode and drag the data off. You can use an external USB drive with a system on to boot from and then drag it off.
