3 Can the memory be upgraded?
I want to upgrade from the 4 GB memory to 8 GB. Is this possible?

Specout has this information on their website:

According to our research engine:
The D550MA DS01 has 4 GB of RAM installed, and is capable of hosting up to 8 GB of RAM total.
And from this site:

ASUS list max as 4, but chipset supports 8, and apparently so does the BIOS.

The specs say 4 GB is the maximum that model can handle.
