bug inside my MacBook Pro

Apparently Apple found a bug or work inside my laptop it's a 2011 model, but now they can't fix it. Would it be better to get a new laptop or repair it?

What's the bug? Why can't they or won't fix it? Was it a crawly bug or did it get run over with a Mac Truck? Give us a hint, please.

Here's a bit of trivia: In 1946, when Hopper was released from active duty, she joined the Harvard Faculty at the Computation Laboratory where she continued her work on the Mark II and Mark III.

Operators traced an error in the Mark II to a moth trapped in a relay, coining the term bug.

This bug was carefully removed and taped to the log book. Stemming from the first bug, today we call errors or glitches in a program a bug.

Without knowing what you where told or read we are only guessing here.

All computers & software have errors (bugs). Once discovered and documented they are fixed with updates by the maker. In some cases hardware issues need a component replaced under an extended warranty.

Throwing away your computer because of a small glitch is over doing it!

Making sure you keep your system updated is how you resolve these problems. In addition having your system registered allows the company to know who you are and how to contact you to let you know of a problem (just like your car).
