What do I do if my phone won't turn?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note II, 4 years old, and it's fully charged. In the middle of the night, I believe the phone went to restart itself, but it didn't turn all the way on. The screen that said, Samsung Galaxy Note II came on, but nothing else. I have taken out the battery and put it back in multiple times and I tried to turn it back on, but it does the same thing. What do I do or what's the problem?

Sounds like the power button. It's a pretty simple solder fix

your phone is bricked

do it :

-Turn the phone off

-Hold power button + vol up + home button at same time ,when your phone model logo appears ,leave power button ,

-Wait until recovery menu opens

-Select Wipe data/Factory reset using vol up and vol down buttons and after that push home or power button for select it

-select YES and after that wait until it do the job

-Select Reboot phone from recovery menu

ENLOY :D your phone will be reboot and starts up xD
