When i make a call or recieve a call i cant hear anything unless i put the loud speaker or have the hands free earphones with mic connected to the phone, the phone did work fine and then all of a sudden it stoped, can someone please help me?

Go in to your sound setings for calls and turn them to max. Your speakers are fine. if this fails save all to sd card and power off. Hold volume- and power on. Conferm prompts. I hope this works for you.
