I updated my phone and it won't turn on,

I was on my phone and it said Install update. so I charged my phone and I clicked on the install tab and it turned of and it started loading. When it got to 100% , all of a sudden the screen has yellow writings and the first sentence is

--Install /cache/

E: failed to set up
