ipod will not sync to Computer or ipod.. i hear my computer connecting to it, but nothing.. when i go to device and printer.. it says no compatible driver for device..

Maybe you can update your iTunes to the latest version if it is driver problem. Of course, there are some other tips you can have a try to solve iTunes sync error. Such as check the connection (Wifi or USB cable), and it said that turn off iTunes Match, iCloud music library or Show Apple Music on both of your iPod and iTunes may helpful. Sorry but FALSE info ..if iPod does not turn on or does not sync how you will apply your suggestion .PC does not see and or recognize ,that is the problem. FULL STOP ,Even DFU mode does not help either..it stays in DFU mode constantly..Try to suggest something else which help us.
