Leaves dont want to open

For starters there is no error message

My camera is fully charged, the switch set to the red camera not the green play button, the dial is set to a random position, as long as it is on one it doesn't matter.

I turn on my camera and the lens extend the screen turns on and shows the proper displays, but i have a black screen. Because the leaves are not opening when i turn on the camera.

They can open, i can manipulate them with my fingers, sometimes I can even get the outer leaves stuck (on or off) so i have a cool ~ frame type thing.

I want the leaves top open properly, and everywhere i go i see that stupid code where the lense is dirty and there is an error message, which isn't my case, no i have to find the brand new bug that with no amount of wording can pull up an answer on google search.
