short circuit inside laptop.

suddenly in my laptop display i get problem like some lines .then i open it .i also open display fully .but by mistake my srew tauch the display plate .then suddeny i found short circuit in display plate that was very minor .then laptop get swithoff .and its not opening .it is fully dead now.
sir tell me what should i do.
