Home and power button not working

Hey folks, how are you?

There are a few problems with this really messed up iPod that have to fix.

First is the screen that pokes out.

One guy in here, on a previous topic, told me to use red tape, I bought it, but I couldn't test it yet.

The second thing is the home button.

There is no apparent problem with it, but it just don't trigger the action it's supposed to. When I press that little home button trigger with a tool, it works just fine, but the actual button doesn't (I even tried to press it with the button only -without that rubber thing- but even so... Nothing).

And thirdly, the power button.

Almost the same thing: When I use the physical button it doesn't work, but when I use a little tool at the button's cable, it works.
