No spark and I have replaced everything

I have a 1996 S10 truck with a 4.3 vortec that gets no spark. I replaced icm, coil, distributor and still no spark! Every thing is plugged in.... Anyone got a clue because I don't.

Yes and everything is new except wiring harness and pcm,ecm

The cpk is new too
