LG LS720 touchscreen froze

My LG LS720 froze. I removed the battery overnight then reinstalled it the next morning but the problem remains (frozen touchscreen). I then tried a Hard Reset by pressing the Homescreen, Volume Up and the Power buttons all at the same time which Reset the phone to it's factory settings but, the problem remained. The only result was a loss of all data. I contacted Virgin/LG and they will send me a replacement LS720 within 5 to 7 days. They gave me a Reference# to check on the status of the replacement within 24 to 48 hours. I have had the phone without any problems for over 2 years. The only issue I had was with low storage.
