Why does it blow its fuse when powered on

how do I find and fix the issue with my receiver not powering on it just blows its fuse and reverts to stand by

Amiel Fisher, have you checked to see what the components look like? sometimes a visual inspection will show you more details. Post some images of what your boards look like with your question. That way, we can see what you see.

check VCC and GND whatever they'r shorted
