Why won't my Gear 2 turn on?

My Gear crashed displaying the Android Droid and a lot of (very small) text. This has happened a few times before. Now it will not boot. It charges OK, shows the battery level and this increases when docked to the charger. Any ideas or is it back to Samsung?
