1 Why won't my HTC One connect to my computer?
My phone charges fine, but I can't connect it to a computer to offload files.

There are several reasons:
1. The USB cable might not work for transferring, it could only help you charge. Then you should change a cable.
2. You didn't enable USB debugging mode. You can go to "Settings "> "Developer options"> turn on "Developer options" and check "USB debugging"
3. If those don't help, you might need a wireless file transfer app to help you transfer files from Android to PC.

Have you tried the following : a different USB cable, a different USB port on your PC, a different PC?
