I need to replace window regulator
my passenger window will not go up using driver or passenger button?

ksnyder023, to remove it try this FRONT DOOR WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR
Removal and Installation
All vehicles
1. Raise the front door window glass to the full up position.
2. Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to FRONT DOOR TRIM PANEL .

3. Remove the screws and the trim panel brace.
4. Position the water shield aside.
5. To access the power window motor bolts, use a 19 mm (3/4-in) hole saw with a 8 mm (1/4-in) pilot to
drill three holes at the existing drill dimples on the door.
6. Disconnect the front door window regulator electrical connector.
7. Remove the bolts and the front door window regulator motor.
8. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
-Cycle the window glass to make sure the gears engage.

How can i do step 1. The power window does not work. It goes down but will not go up. If I can get it up I would be satisfied for now and just use A/C.

You might be able to push it up on the tracks. Remove the door panel and see if you get to the actual mechanism.

It might a bad track or regulator, you won't know until you open it up. Would help if you had pics!
