Any information about VIXION tablet

I have a VIXION IRUX KTM-978. Cannot find any information about it or the company - I suspect it is a pirate copy of some sort. If so then if I knew what model it is based on maybe I could find useful information. It has faults such as - it won't charge using the charger - but will charge through USB. Also the slot for extra memory is broken.
