My iPhone 5s doesn't charge with any chargers?

A few days ago I woke up to an uncharged phone. Everyone in my house has an iPhone, and I've plugged each of them into my phone and still didn't charging. I cleaned off the lint with a toothbrush and the phone still wouldn't charge. I went out of the way to purchase an OEM battery, as well as a new charging port...put them on, and still the same results. At this point I have no clue what could be wrong with my phone, and why it's not charging. I've tried 1 aftermarket charger, and 2 OEM chargers that come with the phone. The aftermarket charger says it's charging my phone, but the OEM chargers always say "This cable or accessory is not certified and may not work reliably". Please help, I have no idea what can be the issue. LITERALLY tried everything.
