opening apps after charging to full
Upon opening-I get the jelly-bean-then android-then program has stopped. Screen locks cannot preform any other function. Can you help.

Hi,
You need to perform a hard reset on your tablet.
Warning :A hard reset will erase all your downloaded apps and user data and will restore your tablet back to a factory default condition

I should have included this occurs after I have preformed hard reset several times.
Hi,
It seems as though the tab's firmware is corrupted or a file has gone "missing" stopping the loading of the system on startup.
This is the only info (dated 01/22/2013) that I can find on "flashing the ROM on a Visual Land Prestige 10" which may have enabled you to reinstall the firmware so that your tablet would function again. Unfortunately most of the important links in the first post by "Macktion", (which describes how to perform a reflash) do not work anymore! You could, I suppose, try contacting "Macktion" (you have to join the forum, I think) and ask if he could supply them to you so that you could fix your tablet. It never hurts to ask. Sorry that I cannot help anymore.
Can I open my tablet to check if the inside adapter is broken or do I have to send it back to fix
