Why is my laptop not charging when it is plugged in?

A few months ago, my laptop had a minor amount of water damage. I took it to a shop where they cleaned it and replaced the logic board and said I was good to go. When I got home, I noticed the battery was not charging. I was able to use my computer when it was plugged in, but the it did not receive charge. I tried various chargers but the problem remained. Then I replaced the battery, and the problem persisted. I have tried to resit my SMC, but this doesn't work either. Any ideas?
