Why are my pictures not focused?

Pictures are not focused. Been this way since new. Haven't used it as I went back to using my old Canon EOS Rebel XTi. Have tried different settings without results. Any ideas? Thanks

You may try changing the focusing method in the menu by following these steps:

1 Press MENU.

2 Select the [Camera #4] tab.

3 Select [AF Mode].

4 Select [Quick Mode].
