Why my joystick flashes white light when my console is in off

from today evening my ps4 controller flashing white light?

but i didn't turned on my console, when i turned on my console, joystick is fine , when i shutdown the console, it automatically turning on

so i forced to unplug the console, but the controller still flashing white light...

can someone help
