Can you remove the left speaker of a MacBook Pro unibody?

And still having it run normally (Except for the sound of course)? I just did it, and now it won't charge (before i at least had the dim green light). Thank you for any kind of help :)

Why did you remove the speaker?

I suspect you damaged the logic board in the process. The speaker is attached to it via double sided foam tape which can pull up the fragile components if you are not careful.

Thanks for the input, i believe that's what happened too. I often go inside my macbook so i'm used to doing it, but this time i missed a step by going too fast and started pulling my logic board before i removed the plastic part that holds the display cable or something. After that, my left speaker wasn't holding well to the board, and as i never use it (i have headphones) i figured i might aswell remove it for now. But i guess i must have damaged something in the process, which is no surprise. Anyway, guess the mac's dead.... Thanks for your help, at least i've learned not to rush things when it comes to electronics. Have a good evening.
