Won't turn on power after power off

Hello guys,I'm having problem that my phone wont turn on but it keeps charging.Anyway,when i plugged my charge,it doesn't appear the battery bar but i know it charging because when i touch it,it hot.I have tried all way to make my phone back to normal.I hope you all can help me to fix my phone back.
