say paper jam but there never was and isnt.

i've unplugged, rebooted, several times. won't work at all. all ink i good

it worked until i changed an ink as normal, then said jam. only says remove paper, close cover, turn off, no matter what i do, won't remove that and says not connected or error on my mac.

i have mac os 10.11.2, printer is about 2 -3 years old, usb.
