Getting error E:failed to mount

Recovery system v4.4.0

E:failed to mount /mnt/external_sd (no such device)

I am not using and SD card. What can I do to fix this problem?

Hi,

Can you try inserting an SD Card and see if the tab boots correctly? If so turn off the tab, remove the card and try it again and see what happens.

Alternatively, is there a paperclip sized 'reset' hole (probably on the back)? If so, with the tab on, insert paperclip,feel the button operate, hold for a few seconds, remove paperclip and hopefully the tab will be reset.
