Other than eBay/Swappa/local repair shops. Are there other selling platforms where broken screen assemblies (w/ 100% working touch & LCD) are regularly available?
Or, even better. Are there companies that consistently have them available? I can find companies that purchase them off of you, but none that will sell to you.
There has to be something available?

@einstein not really. That part of the market is pretty tightly covered. Those screens are purchased by companies who then refurbish them. After all, those are the ones you can then buy back as replacement screens on places like Ebay, Amazon etc. Right now, with prices being pretty high for replacement screens, broken ones are a pretty hot commodity. I'd try and partner up with some of the more reputable repair places.
