Screen not responding properly

I got my screen and lcd replaced and the screen is not responding properly when I unlock it and try to type and when I try to switch my home screen to another screen by swiping it its just not really wanting to respond

Options

It's a faulty digitizer. Your screen consists of a few layers: the frame, the LCD, the digitizer and the glass.

Take it back to who repaired it and get it replaced under a defective part claim.
