Hi,
Apparently it is a network problem. To verify this, does it only happen on the one station or provider if you use subscription TV? If so and it worries you contact the network in question and ask what is happening.

This is not your TV but an error in the software used by broadcasters. That's why it was only on one channel. When they were making the program their software gave them an error & they showed it on TV accidentally. So no problems.

This is on Comcast Cable TV and I cannot watch anything.
I have over the air tv and it's only on Court TV.

It was windy and I think the antenna was moving a bunch. Was just worried cause it was a brand new TV
