boot animation is laggy and I stuck at logo
I boot my device. The boot animation is so laggy and i stuck in the logo. I still can charge my phone. Pls help me

You need to hard reset your phone.
Here is a link that shows how to do it. Read all of the information before you start, especially the paragraph which starts with 'Before you buy a new cell phone....

Thx, i can pass the logo but my phone is so laggy. What's wrong with my phone? Is something broken?
Couple of things you might try. 1. Turn OFF WiFi and Bluetooth if they are set to ON restart your phone and see if it is better. 2. Turn OFF Mobile Data, go to Settings > Connections > Data Usage> Mobile Data (this can also be done from the notification panel on home screen) restart phone and see if it is better.
Also is there anything being displayed in the notification area on startup . like 'preparing SD card' or any other message or do you just have the logo for a long time and then the main menu appears?
