(Update to/or) iOS 9 on iPhone 4s?

Hi,

I'll change my battery of my iPhone4s by a new one from iFixit.

And after that I wanted to know if it was a good idea to update or have iOS9 on a iPhone4s?

I wouldn't. There is currently a lawsuit saying that Apple made it too slow for the iPhone 4s.

I'm not sure. I recently tried it with an iPhone 5s and it came up with some error. You should be able to.

Ok great, I'll investigate :) because this phone is a refurbished from getitmint, and I hope they didn't upgraded to iOS9 :/ Can't check before the end of the day.
