So I am about to buy a IPhone 6 that looks really neat. The issue is the owner says the phone won't turn on. What can the issue be from the easiest point to fix to the hardest?

Hi Hassan
It could be many things until you don't have the hone physically with you, you cannot say what is wrong with it. It may be liquid damage or bad battery. Ask the seller what exactly happened to the phone before it died and you may have more chances of finding the fault.

Thanks a lot I asked the owner about the phone being in contact with water, but he denied and said it wasn't. He only said it just stopped turning on someday. How much do you reckon it would cost to get this fixed?
It is very depend on what the problem is. If you get the hone you need the right equipment to test it and see if there is any shortage on the logic board and take it from there. They maybe some hardware fault on component level or just could be something simple as battery replacement. You never know until you have the phone and test it.
