I have already opened my iBook before and now I can't get it open again because the screws are striped. They are torx t-8 screws. If I can't get it what are my other options?

Do you mean the threads are stripped?
If so, you could try putting a little blob of something sticky (like bluetac?) into the head of the screw then put the torx driver in and as you unscrew try to gently pull the bolt out at the same time.
