Mower moves slow as if no oil in axle

When trying to go forward it sounds like the pump is out of oil. How much oil goes in the axle? Or could this be a belt problem?

@jingles79 you will need to give us the details of your mower. What make and model is it and what you have tried and what you have checked is a minimum:-)
