MacBook air not turning on!

Hi I have a macbook which was running all fine and stopped working today and I did nothing wrong.

1) I Have tried all reset smc, pram etc.

2) I have tried reseting sms controller

Here it is what happens I have take back lid off

When i plug charger green light comes and changes to red !

When i turn it on by pressing power button fan runs for second and stop if no charger is connected !

If there is charger then it keep on doing same thing run for a second and turn off 5 seconds run for a sec.

Suggestions and help appreciated
