Machine receives faxes but will not send them
When we try to fax the machine dials, sends tone, receives tone, but will not connect. It receives faxes OK.

Hi, Are you having problems sending to only 1 other particular fax machine or to any other ones? If it is to only one other fax machine the problem may be at the other end. If it is to any Fax machine, perhaps your Fax Transmit level is set too low. Also if your fax machine is connected to a telephone line which also has an ADSL connection (internet) on it have you filtered the Fax machine's line connection?
