Can't sign in to accounts

Hi,
Go to your mobile phone service provider's website and search for the SMS Message Centre setting information. If you can't find it call and ask them what it is.
Once you have this and I'm not quite sure if it is in the same location in your phone but you need to check that you have the same information in the Messaging apps SMS Service Centre setting.
Open your Messaging app. Once it is open tap on the Settings icon (if none is evident, tap on the phone's ''right hand side soft button'' (see image - it is known as the Overview button or key, L - R = Back, Home, Overview) to bring up an options window and select Settings
Once in Settings, tap Text Message (SMS) , then tap SMS Service Centre. Check that the information here is exactly the same as what your mobile phone service provider's website says.
If it is the same, contact your service provider and ask them to check your SMS service.
If you had to correct it, try to send/receive first an SMS then an MMS.

Hi, When you say texts do you mean SMS or MMS? Can you access the internet using your phone?

Both SMS and MMS and yes I can access the internet.
