Why Do I Have These Colored Lines?

Hey I Have These Green, White, And Black Lines (More Like Blobs) Going Down The Right Side Of My Tablet. It Almost Fills Up Half The Screen. I Dropped It On A Carpet. Whenever I Press Down Hard On It, It Makes Temperary Versions Of These Lines. I Can Still Tap In That Area But I Have To Guess Where Most Of The Stuff Is. Could I Please Have Help With This? I Would Rather Not Take It Somewhere But If That Is The Best Solution I Will.
