iPhone 5S Motherboard (broken / replace chips )

Hello , i've got a motherboard for an iphone 5s no icloud which is missing a part from motherboard , the little top thing , I would be able to repair that? is it repairable? or i can put these chips to another motherboard , just to replace them ?

Can i just change the nand flash+baseband proc+baseband mem to the other good logicboard locked on icloud ?

Are you comfortable with micro soldering? If so, then you should know where and how to obtain the chips. If not, then get another board.
