How can I change touch screen without changing LCD screen?

Hello

Is it possible changing touch screen without changing LCD screen? I dropped my htc one mini two and the screen cracked from corner but my phone still work correctly and touch screen is still working.

The touch layer is part of the screen, you will have to replace the screen as well...
