Having problems hearing on my phone
My callers can't hear me but I can hear them I have this problem even if my phone is on speaker phone also.

This is a very uncommon model. 1st try would be to see if its still under warranty. 2nd would be accessing whether the repair is worth more than the phone. If you can find a repairer that stocks the parts access the repair cost and then access a similar device on Ebay or the the like.

try disable noise reduction if you have it on your phone
