The back cover fell off and won't click back in place

Repair information for the Fitbit Charge HR. Released in January of 2015. Model numbers: FB405BKS (small) and FB405BKL (large).

The back cover fell off of my Fitbit and the small button for the display also fell out. Is this repairable?

Options

If it's new the company should honor it and You should be able to send it back, get a new one, from either the store or the company...
