When I turn on my ps4 there is a lot of static on my tv & when I jiggle the hdmi cord around the picture comes around & im able to play a game or watch something, but if the cord doesn't stay a certain way the screen turns to static again, can you fix it?

This is a very common problem and it's very likely that the HDMI port is bad. They are very weak on most PS4's. There are lot of businesses that replace them on this site. You can contact anyone by clicking on their name and that will take you to their business page if they have one.

Have you tried a different HDMI cable? If it does it with more than one cable, then you will have to replace the HDMI port.
