Phone wont turn on becouse of virus.

Yesterday the virus came on my mobile, I don't have any antivirus in my phone... See, the virus wasn't dangerous, I mean not dangerous as I know, but it was installing so much stupid applications itself, like battery saver, or sexy videos etc... It also showed google search when I slide down topbar(idk what is its name, the bar on top of phone, every phone has it). I went settings -> apps -> running and I saw that much thing were being opened by com.android, like com.android.googlesearch , com.google.battery etc... And I uninstalled them on downloaded apps, and that worked for a while, but this morning it was again being showed. I went again to apps, but this time com.android were in system apps. I was like I KNOW EVERYTHING so I rooted phone via Kingo root, installed ES File Manager, and deleted all "com.android" files, but I thought that all "com." files are these kind(virus), so I also deleted "com.lge.hiddenmenu" and "com.lge.hiddenpersomenu". When I deleted second one, ES File Explorer closed, and I couldn't open any app... I tried restarting phone but when it is supposed to turn on, it restarts... I tried hard reset but no worth, I tried to enter in CWM or CWN(idk what the !&&* is that, I searched on google) but I couldn't even get in... My friend told me that I might bricked the phone(I barely understand what that means). Can someone help me? I would be very thankful.
