A touchscreen smartphone made by LG released in September 2013 with the model number VS980.

GPS was working on kit kat but since updating to lollipop its not working.

Check the settings first. Is the GPS turned on?

If it is, and it happened after the OAU contact your Provider, they likely messed up with the update.
