Fonctionne pas : Code erreur 0x96

Bonjour,

Je dispose d'une imprimante EPSON B-510DN depuis 03/2014.

Elle a très peu de tirages.

Il n'y a pas de bourrage papier, elle est quasiment neuve.

Lorsque je l'allume, les 2 voyants "encres" et "papier" clignotent orange et le message apparait "Erreur imprimante Redémarrage imprimante 0x96".

Malgré des redémarrages ... rien !

Quelqu'un a t-il une solution ? Ou faire réparer (Epson ne dispose pas de contact support en ligne) ?

Comment faire un reset ?
