My device keeps exiting apps or freezing.i have root trimmed shut down
i have root trimmed .i.have shut bg apps and reset hard.but it still exits and or freezes.

Sounds like an app is getting stuck in memory. If hard reset didn't fix it, do a factory restore.

OP may have to flash the stock firmware, they said they hard reset already which is a factory reset in terms of android. I couldn't find a stock image, so you may be out of luck.
Really? I always assumed hard reset meant battery pull.
I doubt you'll find a stock image for that phone. Virgin/Boost phones don't get much love in the rooting world.
